We collect information you provide directly through our project intake form, such as your name, email, phone number, event date, and project details. We may also receive basic analytics data from your browser, such as device type and referring page.
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver our videography services. We do not sell your personal information.
When you submit the intake form we send a confirmation email to you and a notification email to our team. You can opt out of further marketing emails at any time by replying to any message we send.
We use third-party providers for email delivery and website hosting. These providers may process limited information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
When you book a call or shoot through our site, we may access a Google Calendar account solely to check availability so we can avoid double booking, and to create a confirmed booking event after your time is scheduled. We never read the contents of calendar entries beyond busy and free status, and calendar access is never used for any other purpose.
